Tofino Retreat’s waterfront location on the inlet is nestled amongst old growth forest and only steps away from Chestermans Beach and Cox Bay. Perfectly located halfway between 2 of Tofino’s best surf breaks and with world class birding and paddling right out the back door.
The home is truly a masterpiece, being custom built to the highest standards. 16′ ceilings with floor to ceiling windows creates unobstructed ocean and old growth forest views. The large open space is perfect for family gathering or corporate retreats. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with the necessities of cooking, including base ingredients such as oils and spices.
The south facing deck is equipped with a BBQ, fire pit and hammocks for lazy sunny afternoons. There are ocean views from every room. Finish your surf session by getting out of your wet suit in the outdoor shower and then jump into the ocean view hot tub. The home is exceptionally warm and cozy with heated floors and a wood stove.
The home was designed in tune with the principals of Feng Shui and has a therapeutic and tranquil effect on its guests. In house massage and yoga is available on request.

“I rented Adam’s house for a small business retreat and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The custom-designed house is stunning. The view of Jensen’s Bay from the back deck is outstanding and the deck areas are tranquil. The indoor space was ideal for retreat sessions and the coffee-shop grade espresso machine kept us caffeinated for the whole week. Adam was available and attentive before our stay and while we were at his home.

“Adam’s place is honestly the perfect spot for a Tofino retreat. It has all the comforts of a 5 star hotel but comes with the privacy of your own home. The vaulted ceilings and windows make it feel like you are living outdoors, while you sip your cocktail, listening to vinyl, by the cozy wood burning fire inside. The kitchen is a dream for people who like to cook, with every high end appliance/cookware you can think of. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit add to the perfection. We stayed with a fairly large family and found there was ample room, which was really well suited for adults, babies and our dog (who was even supplied with her own bed). The attention to detail in this place is incredible, Adam has thought of everything.”
